Digitcan provides custom software development, web and mobile applications, MVP strategies, and digital transformation services.
Project Agreements
Specific project terms, scope, deliverables, and pricing will be detailed in separate written agreements ("Project Agreements").
3. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website, services, and our proprietary technology remain our exclusive property.
Client Intellectual Property
Intellectual property developed for clients under Project Agreements will be transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the agreement.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us
- Maintain the confidentiality of any project information
- Use our services for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
- Not use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content
5. Payments and Fees
All fees for services will be specified in Project Agreements. Unless otherwise specified:
- Payment terms will be outlined in individual Project Agreements
- Late payments may incur additional fees if specified in agreements
- All fees are quoted in acceptable currency and exclusive of applicable taxes
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received from the other party that should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitcan shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the last 3 months
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
